Job Description Kelly Services is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate for one of our valued clients in Kahului, HI. This unique role combines retail and wholesale operations in a nursery-style storefront. You’ll assist customers at the will-call desk with items such as turf, fertilizer, sprays, and related products, while also supporting warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to customers at the will-call desk . Assist with order pickup, product questions, and basic sales support. Operate a sit-down propane forklift (preferred) to move and stage product safely in 15 ft. aisles . Load/unload materials, stage orders, and maintain warehouse organization. Handle inventory and ensure stock is accurate and properly stored. Support both retail and wholesale transactions as part of a small, dedicated team. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with ability to engage retail and wholesale customers. Prior experience operating a sit-down propane forklift strongly preferred. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. Ability to lift, move, and stage materials safely. Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
