Part time - Customer Service

In this part time role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication and support. You'll manage scheduling, assist with transactions, and work closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Schedule :

• Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive and friendly assistance to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  
  
• Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate client records in our CRM platform
  
  
• Address client issues with professionalism and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  
  
• Assist with order entry, payment processing, and status updates
  
  
• Partner with internal departments to ensure timely project execution

What You Bring:

• Associate's degree or equivalent hands-on customer service experience
  
  
• Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing or customer support role
  
  
• Construction, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or similar industry experience required
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Pay Details: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
