The CRM Manager will lead a technical team in the project delivery and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise across the organization. This role will work with stakeholders and business owners to deliver on prioritized business objectives and requires a blend of technical CRM expertise, leadership acumen, project management skills, and strong communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Responsibilities Execute the CRM roadmap and provide guidance, direction, and leadership over the team’s day-to-day activities across application implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance. Optimize the speed and quality of CRM operations and deliverables by partnering with business owners, other IT teams, and external vendors to drive continuous improvement, and assess/create/improve current operational processes, tools and/or services. Cultivate a trusting, confident, engaged, and high-performing team through intentional team development, ongoing guidance, and structured performance reviews. Engage with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure business alignment and a focus on the right problems to solve. Keep stakeholders updated throughout the development cycle. Manage team capacity and task assignments to support current and upcoming project demands. Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues and help remove blockers to maintain project momentum. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise 2+ years of experience leading technology teams in an enterprise environment Strong organizational skills, including capacity planning, project management, task prioritization, and workload management Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus What makes us different?
