Since 1995, Anderson’s Tree Care Specialists, Inc., led by Doug Anderson, has been providing comprehensive tree management services in San Jose. Our services include planting, pruning, removal, and stump grinding. We cater to a diverse clientele, ranging from individual homeowners to large commercial buildings, shopping centers, and private estates.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consulting Arborist located in San Jose, CA. The Consulting Arborist will be responsible for assessing tree health, providing recommendations for tree care, and overseeing tree planting, pruning, removal, and stump grinding activities. The role also involves identifying tree species, managing tree care projects, and ensuring the health and safety of trees for a variety of clients including homeowners, commercial properties, and large estates.

• Experience in Forestry and Arboriculture
• Skills in Tree Identification and working with Trees
• Certified Arborist designation
• Strong knowledge of tree health assessments and tree care recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in various locations
• Experience in consulting and project management is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
