Superintendent – Ground-Up Commercial Projects

📍 North Dallas / DFW

I’m partnering with a respected General Contractor in North Dallas that’s looking to bring on a Superintendent to support a strong pipeline of ground-up commercial projects across DFW.

This is a great opportunity for a Superintendent with up to 7 years of experience who wants to continue building their career on high-quality commercial work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and daily work plans
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics
• Enforce site safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance at all times
• Conduct daily site walks, progress meetings, and safety meetings
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings, specs, and quality standards
• Coordinate inspections with local authorities and third-party inspectors
• Track progress, anticipate issues, and proactively resolve field challenges
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and field documentation
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and inspectors

What They’re Looking For:

• Up to 7 years of experience as a Superintendent
• Strong background in ground-up commercial construction
• Ability to run a job site independently with minimal supervision
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Experience working on DFW-area projects is a plus
