Commercial Roofing Estimator – Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)
Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 base salary, depending on experience. Looking for a March start date.

A well-established roofing contractor in the DFW area is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join their growing team. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work on high-profile projects across commercial, institutional, and multifamily sectors.

What You'll Do

• Prepare detailed take-offs, cost estimates, and proposals for commercial roofing projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to ensure accurate bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and field teams to develop competitive pricing.
• Track and manage bid schedules, deadlines, and project documentation.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience estimating commercial roofing projects.
• Proficiency with roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, Mod Bit, Metal).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
