Commercial Loan Officer

A community bank is looking for an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join their team. They need someone who has a strong background in developing and maintaining new business and relationships in the surrounding community. Responsibilities for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer

* Identify, solicit and cross-sell a wide range of commercial banking services by following a proactive sales and business development plan
* Develop new loans and manage the existing loan portfolio
* Prepare Loan Committee presentations
* Calculate Risk
* Increase market presence
* Assist with some day-to-day operations at the bank
* Provide a great customer experience

Qualifications for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer

* 3+ years of direct Commercial Lending experience
* C&I and CRE lending experience
* Strong understanding of Credit Analysis and Underwriting
* Strong business development skills
* Proven track record in business development
* Preferably a 4-year degree in a related field
