Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at ProLocums summary:

Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services across three nearby hospitals and ambulatory surgery settings covering all ages and a wide range of surgical specialties. Position requires WV licensure, ACLS, BLS, PALS, board certification, a minimum of 2 years' experience, Cerner EMR use, and availability for various shifts including 12-hour and extended day shifts (40 hours/week, 3 FTE). Credentialing is expected to take 60–90 days; weekend availability preferred but not exclusively, and start date targeted for 04/06/2026.

• Shift Details: able to work 5-8 s, 4 40, s 3 12 s 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p. No call shifts.
• willing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each month
• Schedule: once credentialed will get schedule from site depending on what confirmed for and when they go to Med staff orientation

• Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other. Various
• Types of surgery General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center.

Requirements:

• Board Certification: WV
• License Required: Yes
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.
