Job Description
Coordinate, administer and initiate weekly/monthly client documentation (PDN and Facility clients). Support and advocate on behalf of and assist our clients. Ensure implementation of clients plans are carried out in accordance with COMAR and agency policy.
Core Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong clerical and typing skills
Proficient computer skills
Solid organization and multi-tasks skills
Qualified candidates will:
Have a current and valid license with the Board of Nursing
Have at least 1 year of experience as a CMT.
Have an up-to-date medical records (physical exam and PPD results within one year)
Have criminal fingerprint/background checked
