This job posting is for a Shift Manager position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers, and performing various tasks such as planning, monitoring performance, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment, and be a positive team player with a flexible schedule. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
