RN Manager Cath Lab Full Time Days Position Summary :
The Manager of Cardiac Cath Lab is responsible for overseeing patient care, staff development and personnel activities for the Cath Lab Procedural Area. Assure appropriate standards, processes, and protocols for these areas are followed. Assists the Director of C-V Services in developing strategic goals and objectives for the assigned departments; assists with budgeting and financial monitoring/reporting processes; oversees quality improvement and quality reporting processes.

Education/Other Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved and accredited Nursing program (2-4 year program); Bachelor degree required, BSN preferred. RCIS or RTR: Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 year’s experience in an acute care facility including at least 2 years experience in the specialty area is required. Management experience is required.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days. RCIS or RTR preferred. South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) certification required within 30 days.
American Heart Association BLS CPR required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire. American Heart Association ACLS is required within orientation period.
