Support our team, an IT services and technologies portfolio within Microsoft’s Commercial Division. The team enables internal operations globally, with a strong focus on Puget Sound employees.

\n• Key Projects:
\no Immediate support for a major campus move in January.
\no Organizing morale events and team all-hands.
\no Space planning and inventorying assets.
\no Assisting with rewards and recognition programs.
• Typical Task Breakdown & Operating Rhythm:
\no Calendar management and scheduling across time zones.
\no Event coordination (quarterly all-hands, AV setup, material collection).
\no Expense processing and travel bookings for leaders.
\no Hands-on support for team activities and people/culture initiatives.
\no Collaboration with existing admin community (five admins currently).
Candidate Requirements
\n• Years of Experience Required:
\n8–10 years in administrative roles, ideally with leadership support experience.
\n• Degrees or Certifications Required:
\nNone mandatory; project management certification is a plus.
\n• Disqualifiers:
\no Lack of recent Microsoft experience (hard requirement).
\no Inability to work on-site 5 days a week.
• Best vs. Average:
\no Best: Recent Microsoft experience, strong Office 365 proficiency, proven project coordination skills, and ability to manage large in-person events.
