Kelly Education Recruiter Responsibilities

Our Kelly Education Recruiter is accountable for:

1. Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
2. Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers
3. Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area
4. Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, administrative, customer service, or education experience
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Customer service focus
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

This is a virtual role, however candidates will have a territory of Delaware, Chester, Berks, Montgomery Counties, and Philadelphia or close proximity and are required to live in one of those areas to be considered. Valid United States Driver's License in good standing is required. Ability to travel up to 15% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable event is required.

Base compensation range: $45,000 - $49,000. Total compensation package and benefits applicable to the position understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
